Vpitaka Terms & Conditions – Clear Language, Full Transparency

1 General Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between vpitaka and users of its services. They apply to the use of the vpitaka.click website and any associated mobile applications.

Vpitaka is an online gaming and betting platform built with Bangladeshi players in mind. The platform offers slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, fishing games, and crash games.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account on vpitaka, you must meet the following requirements:

• Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and the balances may be forfeited.

3 Deposits & Payment Methods

Payment methods currently accepted at vpitaka:

• bKash: Minimum deposit ৳300. Processing is automatic and typically completed within 1–5 minutes.
• Cash: Minimum ৳300. Same process — nearly instant.
• Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Mobile Banking): Minimum ৳500. Processed quickly on business days.
• Bank Transfer: Minimum ৳2,000. Processing may take 2–24 hours on business days.

All deposits are accepted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Once a deposit is made, an automatic security check is completed before the funds are credited to your account.

Vpitaka does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply their own charges, which are beyond vpitaka's control.

4 Withdrawal Policy & Process

Keep the following conditions in mind when withdrawing funds from vpitaka:

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the deposit — if you deposited via bKash, your withdrawal will also be processed through bKash.
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until identity verification is complete.
• The daily withdrawal limit for standard members is ৳50,000. VIP members have a higher limit.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours of submission. In some cases, additional verification may be required, which can extend the processing time to up to 24 hours.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vpitaka's bonus and promotion offers are subject to specific terms and conditions. The general rules are as follows:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirements. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you need to place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Once expired, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The same promotion cannot be claimed more than once by the same person, device, or IP address.
• Withdrawing while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members only, and each new member may claim it once.

Vpitaka reserves the right to modify or discontinue any bonus offer at any time. For ongoing bonuses, we will provide as much advance notice as possible.

If bonus abuse is detected — such as attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk betting — vpitaka reserves the right to void the bonus and any associated winnings, and to temporarily suspend the account.

6 Gaming Rules & Outcomes

All games on vpitaka are powered by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, meaning every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated in any way.

If a game round is not completed or an incorrect result is displayed due to a technical error, vpitaka will review the game logs to determine the correct outcome. vpitaka's decision in such cases is final.

In Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled or postponed, the bet is generally voided and the stake is refunded. However, different rules may apply in specific circumstances, as detailed in the relevant betting market rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on vpitaka:

• Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account under the same person's name.
• Bonus Abuse: Placing low-risk bets strategically to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Fraud: Conducting transactions using stolen payment methods or fraudulent information.
• Software Manipulation: Using any software, bots, or automation to influence game outcomes.
• Selling or transferring an account: Selling your account or allowing someone else to use it.
• Underage Gaming: Assisting anyone under 18 to open or use an account.

If any of these prohibited activities are detected, vpitaka reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

8 Account Closure & Temporary Suspension

Vpitaka may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If the information provided during registration is found to be false or misleading.
• Refusing to complete identity verification or failing to submit the required documents in time.
• If any prohibited activity listed in Section 7 is detected.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account for security reasons.

You can close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closing.

Under responsible gaming, activating self-exclusion allows you to block access to your account for a set period or permanently.

9 Responsible Gaming
